The Materials Library is a space for designers to feel inspired, have access to samples and order products. Our Materials Librarian will manage the area, order samples and connect our design community with each vendor. The 2,500 square foot library provides an opportunity for designers to pull products, prep for client meetings, and build their projects with vendors servicing both residential and commercial design. We take the time to extensively vet each of our vendors to ensure that they’re the right for our space and our community of designers. We have three different vendor tiers to choose from.


Our premier vendors have the most space in our materials library. They are the only company in their specialty in the library. Our premier partners help us to outfit the space, so our designers and architects can shop the floor with ease.

Premier vendor benefits include:

  • 30 sqft of featured space in our materials library plus floor space to showcase product throughout our space
  • Quarterly Lunch and Learns/Presentations with our community members
  • Access to 2 club memberships + 12 guest passes per month
  • Quarterly reports on library stats + ongoing feedback from Librarian
  • First right of negotiation for Premier status in future locations + 1 annual event held in our space free of charge (see contract for terms + conditions)
