Meet Rocco Verrilli our Founder and CFO. Rocco began his construction endeavours at the age of 12 with his father; he soon knew that construction and entrepreneurship was the path for him. He continued to follow his curiosity and interest in mechanics, electronics, woodworking and construction and successfully completed his Electrical apprenticeship. Rocco soon realized the opportunities that could be fulfilled utilizing his past experiences that would complement his new businesses.
Rocco’s owns numerous companies include: Stone Edge Marble & Granite, ASN Inc., Carriage Lane Design Build Inc., Pinnacle Spray Foam Solutions, and now The Collective Workspace!
When he’s not hard at work, Rocco spends time with his family and in the yard.
Meet Carly Nemtean our founder and CEO. Carly graduated from Interior Design at Sheridan College and started her journey into the industry working for design firms. She met Rocco in 2009 on one of her job sites and soon found herself working for him at Alta Moda Millwork designing their cabinetry. Shortly after, Carly landed an opportunity to be a designer for HGTV’s Property Brothers and brought Rocco and his companies along to create full home updates with the show. Realizing the success of their skills combined, they opened their own boutique design and build firm, Carriage Lane Design Build in 2011.
Carly’s craft and strategy have gained her many awards in the industry including: NKBA 30 under 30, contractor of the year, designer of the year, design/builder of the year and being featured on the Business of Design Podcast by Kimberly Seldon in addition to a considerable number of print magazine features for her work.
When she’s not at work, Carly loves to travel, read, hang out with her dog, Shadow, and her husband, Itay, and also educate herself about entrepreneurship and business.
